This easy chicken dinner may be quick to prepare, but it still feels like slow cooked comfort food.
Boil the Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles for 20 minutes in salted water. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a medium sauce pan. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add the brown sugar, vinegar, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, and let the sauce simmer until the noodles are thoroughly cooked.
Before draining noodles, combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Add mixture to sauce, and bring it to a boil to thicken the sauce. Add the shredded chicken.
Drain noodles, and serve chicken and sauce on top of the hot noodles. Garnish with red pepper flakes, if desired.
