Grilled jumbo shrimp and pineapple are placed on a bed of lettuce, purple onion and avocado, then topped with a garlic-mint dressing and blueberries.
Make dressing and set aside. Mix together lettuce assortment, onion rings and avocado slices. Heat skillet and grill pineapple rings. Remove pineapple and grill the shrimp. Place pineapple and shrimp on salad. Top with dressing and blueberries.
