Suggestions for creating a face: Eyes and Eyebrows: Olives, pepper pieces, carrot coins, cherry tomato slices, small cucumber slices, peas, celery, fresh herbs Nose: Small carrots, small baby corn, halved small sweet peppers or cherry tomatoes

Hair: Broccoli flowerets, grated cheese, shredded carrots, sprouts, herbs Mouth: Red peppers, ham, salami, cheese

To assemble the salad: place lettuce in a shallow bowl. Using a knife or small cookie cutters, cut favorite vegetables into desired shapes for facial features. Allow children to arrange faces. Dress the salad with Marzetti® Light Ranch or Classic Ranch Dressing or offer dressing on the side for dipping.
