Preheat the oven to 350°F.  Heat oil in an ovenproof deep skillet over medium heat. Add onions and green peppers and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Add kielbasa sausage and green beans and continue to sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and season mixture with salt and pepper.  Cover mixture with New York Bakery® Texas Toast with real garlic pieces. Bake 20 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
