A delicious turkey meatloaf made with onion, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Marzetti® Garlic & Butter Croutons, and glazed with ketchup is a great weeknight meal.

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Prepare Croutons

In a large mixing bowl, combine Marzetti Garlic & Butter Croutons and warm milk.
Let them sit for about 5 minutes so the croutons soften.
Use a fork to smash the croutons into small pieces.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Add eggs to the softened croutons and stir to blend.

Add Flavorings

Stir in chopped onions, chopped red bell pepper, salt, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until evenly combined.

Add Meat

Add ground turkey and mix thoroughly so all ingredients are well combined.

Shape the Loaf

Pack the meat mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan, pressing it down gently so it holds its shape.

Make Glaze

In a small bowl, combine ketchup and hot sauce to make the glaze.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.

Rest and Serve

Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
