Peach Basil Cobbler
This cobbler recipe topped with Sister Schubert’s® Parker House Style Yeast Rolls combines the great tastes of summer in one delicious dessert!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place large cast-iron skillet on rack in center of oven. Combine peaches, brown sugar, vanilla, flour, and basil in large bowl and toss until combined.
Remove skillet from oven and add cold butter, moving it around with wood spoon to coat bottom and sides of skillet. Add peach mixture to skillet and spread into even layer.
Top peaches with rolls, cut-side-down, and brush with melted butter.
Cover skillet with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 5 minutes, until rolls are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
