This easy chili recipe calls for browned ground beef, chili powder, cumin, salsa and green chilies, corn chips, radishes, avocado, cheese and cilantro.

Southwest Chili Step1 saute ground meat
Step 1:

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Stir occasionally to crumble the meat. Drain and return to pan.

Southwest Chili Step2 add chili powder cumin salsa chiles
Step 2:

Add chili powder, cumin, salsa, green chilies and 1/2 cup water and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the mixture starts to thicken.

Southwest Chili Step3 spoon meat over chips
Step 3:

To assemble, place a generous 1/2 cup of corn chips into each bowl and spoon equal amounts of the meat mixture over the chips.

Southwest Chili Step4 top with radishes avocado cheese
Step 4:

Top with radishes, avocado, cheese, and cilantro. Serve with ranch veggie dip.
