Spinach & Artichoke Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Combine spinach, artichokes, and mozzarella between two crispy slices of Angelic Bakehouse® 7-Grain Bread for a heavenly twist on the classic grilled cheese recipe.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add spinach and artichoke hearts. Cook until spinach is wilted and bright green, and mixture is warmed through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream and stir to combine.
To assemble sandwiches, place four slices of bread on a cutting board or work surface. Top each bread slice with shredded mozzarella, artichoke mixture, more mozzarella, and another slice of bread.
Heat skillet over medium heat and lightly coat the bottom of skillet with butter. Cook two sandwiches at a time until cheese is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Lightly butter the top slice of the bread and flip to cook the other side.
Place sandwiches on a cutting board and slice in half. Serve grilled cheese hot.
