Ramp up your leftovers with roast turkey, cranberry, and Brie between Whole Grain Bread for a next-level grilled cheese recipe.
 
										Arrange 2 slices bread on a cutting board or work surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce on one slice.
 
										Then top with 2 slices of cooked turkey, followed by 3 slices Brie. Place the other slice of bread on top. Repeat to make 3 more sandwiches.
 
										Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons butter. Carefully place 1 sandwich in the skillet and spread 1 teaspoon of butter on side that’s facing up.
 
										Cook 5 to 6 minutes on both sides, flipping in between, so each slice of bread becomes golden brown and cheese starts to melt.
 
										Remove sandwiches from the pan and repeat with the 3 remaining sandwiches. Slice in half and serve hot.
