Blue Cheese Vegetable Snacks
Cherry tomatoes and English cucumbers are hollowed out and filled with Marzetti® Blue Cheese Veggie Dip and sprinkled with parsley and bacon.

Hollow cherry tomatoes; turn them upside down on paper towels to drain. Re-invert them. Cut cucumber into 1¼ disks. Using a small spoon, remove seeds from center of disk.
Using a small spoon or pastry bag with a wide tip, fill cavities of vegetables with Marzetti® Blue Cheese Dip and sprinkle with chopped parsley and bacon. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Snacks can be prepared 2 hours in advance of serving. This recipe can be easily increased.
