Thoroughly coat 9×13-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray. In large bowl, mix together cereal, peanuts and apple dip until well blended. In large saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows with butter, stirring constantly. Add melted marshmallows to cereal mixture in bowl; stir until cereal is well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Chill at least 1 hour. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator.
