Roasted Broccoli Salad


A drizzle of Simply Dressed® Light Red Wine Italian Dressing, chopped red pepper and Parmesan cheese transforms broccoli into a show-stealing side.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400° F.  Line a baking pan parchment paper.

Trim the ends of the broccoli and cut into long pieces. Place on prepared pan and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast broccoli for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pieces are tender. (Times may vary depending on the size of the broccoli.)

Transfer broccoli to a serving tray. Arrange roasted red peppers on top. Drizzle with Simply Dressed® Light Red Wine Italian Dressing and top with Parmesan cheese.

Serve.
