Sesame Crusted Tuna With Ginger Sesame Sauce
Tuna and Simply Dressed® Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing both have omega-3, making this dish of mango, onion, cilantro and cucumber, a healthy lunch or dinner.

Place egg white in a shallow bowl. Place sesame seeds in an additional shallow bowl. Dip each piece of tuna into egg white then roll each piece in sesame seeds to cover. Place tuna on a plate.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer tuna to oil and sear it on each side for 20 seconds each. Transfer tuna to a plate and place in refrigerator to chill.
In a mixing bowl, combine mango, onion and cilantro with 1/4 cup Simply Dressed® Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing and toss all together. Arrange lettuce leaves and cucumber slices on individual plates or a platter; drizzle all with remaining dressing.
Slice prepared tuna into thin pieces and arrange on lettuce leaves. Spoon mango mixture over tuna and serve.
